Nicholas of Genoa

I found it on "Illustration vol.3 now," published recently in the library and at home I have his book "Die Young 005" Belio published by the summer of 2008, both publications are outstanding and he is a talented artist Canadian that you absolutely must know. Nicholas of Genoa , of Italian origin, born April 1, 1981 lives in his strange world, invaded by deformed animals, derived from crosses and stars of a biogenetic apocalyptic future. Nicholas draws by hand (especially with China) and his tables are very detailed, have a distinctive visual style.

His obsession with youth and graffiti were the Japanese manga: it is the birthplace of his first, fanstastiche creatures. Then, slowly everything became more and more precise "scientific" his creatures, in need of roots, have acquired a biological origin, every part is the result of crossbreeding animals studied and planned a work of art.

His art has toured the world, and America has exhibited in Australia, New York, Singapore, London, Berlin, .... Cabbages Nicholas, I'll wait in Italy!
